Laventis Strategic is a strategy-first, founder-led clarity advisory. We do not start with technology. We define decision, structure, and direction first, then use AI to amplify and validate.
What we’re actually working on is the thing one step earlier: what is worth doing at all.
§1What we are
Our public surface is Axiom Hexa — a self-assessment that lets founders see their own decision pattern. Behind it sits what we call Decision System, the methodological scaffold we use to keep the lens honest.
The two are not the same thing. Axiom Hexa is the lens you can see; Decision System is how we keep observing and recalibrating behind it. The first is public. The second is something we keep refining quietly — not something we package as another product name.
Laventis itself stays small and focused. The point is not to grow the firm; the point is to make the work clean enough that it actually changes how a founder decides.
§2What we are not
We are not a tech company — AI, data pipelines, automation aren’t our entry point. They’re the tools we reach for after judgment is already in place.
We are not a consulting service — no 1-on-1 coaching, no retainer engagements, no decisions made on your behalf. What we offer is a structure for you to see clearly, not someone to conclude for you.
We are not a productivity tool — we are not optimizing how fast you execute. We are sitting in the moment before you choose whether to execute. We are also not a temperament-typing tool — no labels, no character types; we look at patterns, not identity.
Laventis runs two main lines: Axiom Hexa for founder decision observation (now open), and Sritra (信律) for AI controllability and governance (in development). Each has its own focus; they are not interchangeable.
§3Why we start here
Most strategy services enter through OKRs, growth, process, or frameworks — those are downstream. Founder decision pattern is upstream. A pattern that drifts by an inch shows up as a mile downstream.
We place the entry point at how you decide because that is the source of everything the organization does. How a founder frames the problem, reads signals, and commits — those become the organization’s defaults, then the daily routine.
Downstream patches expire fast. Clarity at the source adjusts everything that comes after, mostly on its own.
§4Who this is for
We work with founders and small teams in decision-dense moments: early-stage founders, leaders in transition, newly formed investment GPs, the person carrying a single product line by themselves. The shared trait — your decision today gets reproduced as your organization’s action within thirty days.
We do not take pure technical questions, personal counseling, investment advice, or process optimization for mid-stage execution. Not because those don’t matter — others do them better. Our position is narrow because narrow is the only way to do it well.
