I. Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Laventis Strategic respects how user personal data and decision-related behavioral data are processed. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and respond to personal data when providing the Axiom Hexa™ analysis service, related results, website interactions, and payment processing.

1. Purpose of Collection

We collect data primarily to provide the analysis service, generate personalized reports, maintain website functionality, optimize user experience, identify service risks, respond to user inquiries, and serve as the basis for member, payment, and customer support mechanisms.

2. Data Categories Collected

3. Use of Data

The above data may be used for analytical report generation, results-page and report-page personalization, service quality improvement, risk control, user support, product adjustment, regulatory compliance, and integration with payment mechanisms. Except as required by law or for contract performance, we do not arbitrarily provide personal data to unrelated third parties.

4. Profiling / Automated Analysis Disclosure

The Service includes automated analysis using user-provided answer data, stability-layer signals, and classification models for personality structure estimation and content ranking. This analysis is for decision-support and content presentation; it does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

5. De-identified Data, Statistical Analysis, and Model Improvement

To continuously improve analytical quality and service reliability, we may process collected answer data, stability-layer signals, behavioral traces, and usage records into de-identified and anonymized form — that is, by removing or irreversibly transforming any field capable of directly or indirectly identifying a specific individual — and use the result for the following purposes:

Such de-identified data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject and does not constitute personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. The de-identified data, together with any models, parameters, norms, and statistical outputs derived from it, together with the property rights and other rights therein, belong to 元構策略有限公司. By using the Service, you agree that the Company may use such de-identified data on a royalty-free, non-exclusive basis, without territorial or time limitation.

We do not supply raw, individually identifiable answer content to third parties as training material for their models. If you do not wish your data to be used for the purposes above, email [email protected]; we will cease such use of your still-identifiable data to the extent technically feasible. Data already de-identified beyond re-association cannot be affected by such a request.

For EU / UK data subjects: where anonymization is not complete, we rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in improving and securing the Service, balanced against your rights; you may object under Art. 21 at any time using the address above.

6. Retention Period, Region, and Recipients

Retention period (by data type):

Region of processing and cross-border transfers:

Recipients: The operating entity of Laventis Strategic, and partners necessary for service delivery, system maintenance, payment processing, and customer support. We do not use personal data for third-party advertising or sales unrelated to the original collection purpose.

7. Data Subject Rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise rights including access, review, copy, supplementation, correction, and deletion of your personal data, and may request cessation of collection, processing, or use.

For EU / UK data subjects under GDPR / UK GDPR: you additionally have the rights to data portability (Art. 20), right to object to processing (Art. 21), right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77), and right to restriction of processing (Art. 18). To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above; we respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We adopt reasonable technical and management measures to protect data, including access control, minimum necessary disclosure, and front-end data flow restrictions. However, no internet transmission or storage method can guarantee zero risk.

9. Data Breach Notification

If personal data is stolen, altered, damaged, lost, or disclosed in a manner likely to affect your rights, we will, upon becoming aware of the incident and as required by applicable law, notify you by email, website notice, or other appropriate means, describing the nature of the incident, its likely impact, the remedial measures taken, and the steps you can take to protect yourself.

We will also take the necessary containment, patching, credential and key rotation, forensic scoping, and post-incident review measures to remediate the incident and prevent recurrence.

II. Terms of Service

Terms of Service

By using the Laventis Strategic website, Axiom Hexa™ assessment, results page, report pages, pricing page, and related paid services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.) or of your jurisdiction of residence in order to register an account, place an order, or use any paid feature of the Service.

2. User Responsibilities

You shall use the Service in a lawful, honest manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You shall not provide false information, engage in conduct that disrupts system operation, or interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse this website or its content in any way.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

If we reasonably suspect or determine that any of the following has occurred, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, content access, and further order processing, without prior notice, and without liability for refund or damages in respect of digital content already delivered as agreed:

Following termination, your accrued payment obligations and the provisions of these Terms concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive. Where we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund the portion not yet provided in accordance with the Refund Policy.

4. Decision-Support Positioning

Content provided by Laventis Strategic is a decision-support tool, structural analysis, and information organization tool, intended to help users understand their decision patterns and risk exposure points. It does not replace user judgment.

5. Non-Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Service does not constitute medical, psychological treatment, legal, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, tax, or other professional advice. If you require such professional assistance, you should consult a licensed professional.

6. Model Limitations

Analysis results generated by the Service are estimates based on user input, front-end behavioral data, and model logic. Results may be affected by data completeness, contextual differences, model versions, and technical limitations; accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed for all situations.

7. Final Decision Responsibility

All final decisions, business judgments, transactions, resource allocations, and resulting outcomes are the user's sole responsibility. Laventis Strategic does not provide warranty for decisions you make based on Service content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laventis Strategic's aggregate liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You expressly understand that:

For consumers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws: if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where consumer protection laws grant additional rights that cannot be waived, nothing in this section limits those mandatory rights.

9. Indemnification

If, as a result of your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, your misuse of the Service, or content you input, upload, or distribute that infringes the rights of others, any third party (including without limitation other users, rights holders, competent authorities, card issuers, or payment processors) brings a claim, demand, complaint, investigation, or proceeding against 元構策略有限公司, its representative, employees, contractors, or partners, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses, including without limitation damages, settlement amounts, fines, costs arising from administrative sanctions, and reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs.

We may elect to conduct the defense ourselves, and you shall provide reasonable assistance and information. You may not settle with any third party in our name without our prior written consent. This section survives your discontinuation of the Service and any termination of your account.

If you use the Service as a consumer, this section applies only to the extent that you acted with intent or negligence and the third-party claim is in fact attributable to your conduct; it does not extend to circumstances not attributable to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, model design, report structure, page visuals, brand names, product names, images, and other content on this website, unless otherwise stated, are owned by 元構策略有限公司 (Laventis Strategic) or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, distribution, public transmission, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

11. Service Modification or Discontinuation

For system security, functional adjustment, model optimization, regulatory compliance, or other operational needs, we may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time, and reserve the right to adjust pages, processes, features, and disclosure methods.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for damages, and are not in breach of these Terms, where the Service is interrupted, delayed, or rendered unavailable in whole or in part, or where data is damaged or lost, due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

Upon such an event we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take restoration measures. If the interruption continues for more than 30 days such that the purpose of the contract cannot be achieved, either party may terminate the unperformed portion, and we will provide a pro-rata refund for services not yet delivered.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from the Service, except as otherwise mandatorily required by law, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.

EU / UK / other consumer protection jurisdictions: If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws (including but not limited to EU member states, the UK, and Australia), nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence; you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

III. Refund Policy

Refund Policy

The Service includes digital content, analytical reports, and personalized content generated from user data. Refund eligibility is determined based on digital content nature, scope of content already delivered, and degree of personalization.

1. Inapplicability of Standard Cooling-Off Period

Per consumer protection regulations, digital content that has begun to be provided, online services where the user has consented to begin performance, and personalized analysis or customized content typically do not qualify for the standard 7-day unconditional return mechanism applicable to physical goods.

Express consent at checkout: the checkout page carries a mandatory consent checkbox. You must tick it and confirm that you "agree the digital content will be supplied immediately upon payment, and understand that the 7-day cooling-off period no longer applies once it has been supplied" before an order can be created; without that confirmation, no payment is accepted. For every order we retain the time of consent, the version of the consent text shown, and the associated connection records as the basis for dispute handling. You may request the consent record for your own order by emailing [email protected].

For EU consumers (per Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)): the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Ticking the consent checkbox at checkout constitutes that prior express consent and acknowledgment, and you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

3. Refundable Cases

4. Refund Application Process and SLA

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email [email protected] with order information (order number / payment time / last 4 digits of payment method), specific issue description, and contact information.

5. Dispute Resolution Process (Chargeback)

When you have a dispute regarding an order, please contact us first via the refund application process above. We commit to providing an initial response within 14 working days, and most situations can be resolved or refunded within this period.

If a user, before contacting us via the contact methods on this page, directly initiates a chargeback or payment refusal request with their card issuer, payment processor, or third-party service provider:

This clause does not limit your refund remedies under consumer protection law or other mandatory laws. If you are a consumer under consumer protection law and your jurisdiction grants you non-waivable rights, this clause shall not limit those rights.

6. Contact

For refund, billing, or pre-purchase policy disclosure questions, contact: [email protected].
